This 27,000 SF automotive body shop straddles the edge of a Residential/Commercial threshold in Pasco county Florida. Guests are greeted by a palette of metal textures that break down to a human scale as one approaches the building. A red frame cuts into the corruagated mass of the building to reveal the glazed office block and vertical ventilation slots that cool the building. On the South facade a perforated mural reminding guests of the clients automotive history shoulders the entry canopy and provides protection from the intense Florida sun. 

Consisting of a new 20,000 sf showroom and service area renovation, this project came with the opportunity to work completely outside the brand prototype. This allowed for a great deal of creative expression to showcase the luxury brand. Through a collaborative effort with project team the existing administrative and financial offices were able to operate uninterrupted during construction.

Consisting of a showroom expansion and a newly constructed service area with a second level inventory facility, this 59,000 SF project presented many interesting opportunities. Interpretation of brand concepts within limited parameters helped to influence design decisions, and site limitations gave way to a second floor inventory space complete with vehicle elevator.

This new-build dealership of approximately 47,000 sf in central Tampa expanded on the normal prototype sizes by adding a second floor to house the automotive group's administrative headquarters. The structure is pushed back from the street allowing for a large pedestrian and showcase plaza.

This 12,000 SF project involved the transformation and re-branding of the facility to a new vehicle marque. Beyond the showroom and service renovations, a second floor business development center for the corporate campus was integrated.

This project, consisting of a completely new showroom plus a renovation and expansion for the service cores, came to us in a rather unfortunate manner. It was inherited from a colleague who passed away suddenly. Twelfth Street Studio ensured their colleague's design intents were implemented and saw the project through to completion. This dealer remained operational during the entire project, and through project phasing, was able to keep the substantial site reconstructions from displacing their inventory.
