This 7,000 SF renovation of a 1969 metal building, previously used as an auto parts retail store and warehouse, is located in Tampa’s Hyde Park. It provides a high profile, modern office for the boutique, South Tampa-based advertising agency.

The size or budget of a project should not preclude its opportunities for good design. Such is the case with this bistro, located in International Plaza's Bay Street. The collaborative environment established between architect, client and local craftsmen resulted in the custom design and fabrication of the built in furnishings, mill work and bar area.
